King County's Department of Community and Human Services (DCHS) provides equitable opportunities for people to be healthy, happy, self-reliant and connected to community.
In addition to directly serving clients, we also contract a substantial portion of our nearly $1.7B annual budget to local community-based organizations who provide innovative and culturally responsive services to King County residents. Thus, the cornerstone of our department's work is procuring, contracting for, and monitoring the outcomes of these services. In 2023, DCHS developed and implemented Agiloft, an end-to-end contract life cycle management tool, to consolidate and modernize our legacy contract management systems and provide a portal for contracted providers. Over the past three years, we have stabilized the system's contract management module, fully implementing its invoicing and procurement functionality. Additional workflow development and enhancements are expected in the years to come.DCHS is seeking two Career Service Functional Analyst II professionals who bring strong analytical skills, a commitment to learning, and a passion for supporting technology systems and their users.
These roles will join a skilled team to provide end-user support and training, develop and maintain technical documentation, monitor and troubleshoot system performance, and document business processes and requirements.
The incumbents will also design and deliver clear, effective training materials and sessions, and contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and practices.
