This position is part of the Government Publication Sales, Government Publishing Office in Washington, District of Columbia.
To qualify for the Customer Service Assistant, PG -0301-7, you must meet the following requirements: Applicants must possess: One (1) year of specialized experience at the PG-05 (or equivalent) level or higher.
Specialized experience includes: 1) performing accounting maintenance, data entry, and accounting corrections; 2) communicating information to internal and external stakeholders on orders, audits, and account reconciliations; and 3) providing guidance to lower-level Customer Service Assistants.
OR 1 full year of graduate-level education OR Superior academic achievement OR A combination of education and experience as described above.
