Requirements

In this essential role, you will provide thorough cleaning and disinfecting services in assigned areas of the hospital grounds to maintain a safe, clean, odor-free, and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Common housekeeping duties include mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping floors; cleaning windows and dusting furniture; and ensuring all waste is disposed of properly.

Work is performed independently and at times with others under the supervision and direction of the Custodial Work Supervisor and/or the Custodial Services Manager.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with 30-minute lunch.
  • Rotating days, weekends and holidays.
  • Hours may change based on operational needs.
  • Overtime and travel as needed.
  • Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
