Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves overseeing the daily operations of a government credit card program for the Navy, including managing accounts, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with rules.
You'll handle tasks like approving participants, setting limits, and reviewing transactions to keep everything running smoothly.
It's a good fit for someone with experience in financial management or program coordination who pays close attention to details and policies.
You will serve as a Credit Card Program Manager in the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Financial Management (N41) (ACOS Supply) of COMNAVSURFLANT.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing the day-to-day operations of the Government-wide Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) Program.
Provide day-to-day oversight and conduct audits, including managing span of control, profiles, delinquencies, credit limits, and reporting.
This also includes conducting on-site audits of subordinate programs.
Experience developing, disseminating, and maintaining local operating procedures, ensuring they do not conflict with higher-level guidance.
Experience ensuring appropriate resources are allocated for the successful operation of the program.
Experience reviewing and approving nominations for program participants such as Approving Officials (AOs) and Cardholders (CHs).
Establish new accounts, including setting single purchase and billing cycle limits, and assigning appropriate Merchant Category Codes (MCCs).
Experience regularly reviewing accounts for activity, and close or adjust accounts as needed for departing personnel.
Issue letters of delegation to program participants, outlining their specific authorities and responsibilities.
