This professional social service position is located in the Administrative Entity Unit of the Lycoming-Clinton Joinder Program.
This position is responsible for managing client and provider intake, as well as conducting qualification activities related to the administration of the Consolidated, Community Living, and Person/Family Directed Supports (PFDS) Waivers, in accordance with the Administrative Entity Operating Agreement.
The role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, proficiency in both written and verbal communication, and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This position reports directly to the Lycoming-Clinton Joinder Board's Administrative Entity Administrator (Co. Deputy ID Administrator 1).
