As a County Casework Supervisor, your work will be key for the success of our Blended Case Management (BCM) Program.
The goal of the program is to assist individuals with accessing resources they need to maintain their independence in the community.
Supervisors support this by holding regular meetings with individual staff members to ensure client needs are accurately identified and case management activities are consistent with service plans, conducting routine record reviews to maintain compliance with current regulations, and working with staff to creatively meet the needs of those we serve.
Leadership, attention to detail, knowledge of the complexities of mental illness, and the ability to organize various forms of data will all support the selected candidate’s success in this position.
The BCM Program at BCBH is long-standing with a proven track record of successfully supporting the people we serve.
It is part of a larger system of care whose members strive to identify and meet the needs of the community in collaboration with one another.
