The vacant position for Corrections Facility Coordinator 1 executes full performance work overseeing the state shop. Coordinates the issuance of inmate clothing, bedding and hygiene items. Prepare requisitions to replenish stock. Maintain a reissue schedule throughout the year. Check for accuracy when receiving orders. Provide non-security supervision to inmate workers, and plan their state shop work assignment. Interpret and enforce departmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

Training: Graduation from high school or equivalent.

Experience: Four years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in the area of assignment, one year of which must have been in a lead worker capacity.
Substitution: Coursework from an accredited college or university may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis for up to four years of experience.
