Requirements
As a Corrections Warehouse Supervisor, you will direct the inventory and procurement operations of the institution, ensuring seamless supply chain continuity. This role involves maintaining optimal stock levels through the precise adjustment of re-order points and perpetual inventory data with the SAP system, alongside managing a pilferage and damage control program. Your responsibilities will include conducting formal physical inventories, coordinating institution-wide deliveries, and executing purchase requisitions for both stock and non-stock items. Additionally, you will oversee Correction Stock Clerks, facilitating essential training and orientation while enforcing strict safety and security protocols during the operation of storeroom equipment and machinery. Furthermore, this role involves managing the therapeutic care, custody, and control as assigned inmate workers, requiring a high level of independent judgment and decisive action.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- This position is eligible for full retirement benefits at age 50 or 55.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary:
Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $47,925.00 (before taxes).

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:- Three years of experience as a Corrections Stock Clerk (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Four years of experience in receiving, storing, or distributing an inventory of goods.
Special Requirement:- You must possess a current driver's license which is not under suspension.
Additional Requirements:- Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.

- You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
