In this position, you will assist with food preparation. Your work will involve operating kitchen equipment, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils, and cleaning work surfaces.
You will package and label ingredients for recipes, assist in testing and developing new recipes, and collaborate on adjustments for modified diets.
Some of your duties will include preparing food items, checking food throughout the cooking process to ensure quality, and assigning tasks to the Food Service Workers.
Additionally, you will manage the inventory of food supplies and assist with training new food service staff.
