Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: Analyze contract type to determine sources and methods of solicitation for competitive and sole source acquisitions.
Conduct complex price and cost analysis to determine reasonableness of price to make recommendations for the award.
Direct a full range of procurement pre-award and post-awards functions to include drafting and issuing solicitations, negotiations, source selection, contract award, contract modifications, and contract closeout.
Conduct negotiations and oversee contracts by monitoring contract performance, preparing modifications, and determining the necessary course of action to comply with terms.
Prepare new or revised instructions after monitoring current command procurement policies and contract performance.
Analyze contractor's financial and technical approach to determine a reasonable price/cost for complex systems and impacts with changing operational or budgetary situations.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
