Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

CONTRACT & POLICY MANAGER

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, motivated individual to fulfill our Contract & Policy Manager position. The intent of the position is to monitor contracts and facilitate necessary policy governance.
Principal Duties
Provide technical assistance and consultation on agency contracts, including incentive contracts providing grants and tax credits through the economic development programs GOEO administers under state law.
Technical assistance can include review of state, federal, department and/or division requirements to ensure contracts and agreements are developed accurately and consistently.
Use a contract database to create, negotiate, and oversee the signing of contractual agreements in a timely manner.
Act as a liaison between GOEO and the contract awardees.
Monitor and analyze performance of contracts and their outcomes, developing reports according to mandatory timelines.
Review fiscal operations to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.
Monitor and address internal policy and procedure, proposing amendments as needed.
Ideal Candidate
Relevant professional experience reviewing, drafting, monitoring and developing contracts.
Experience in government program administration; implementing and interpreting statute and/or administrative rule.
Experience or familiarity with finance and compliance operations.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
