About the Position: Serves as a Contract Performance Evaluator in the Directorate of Public Works.
Incumbent is responsible for conducting studies, coordinating, and monitoring the contract quality assurance program and surveillance systems for support of installation contracts.
Incumbent is a technical expert and advisor to supervisor, installation directors, commanders, contracting officer representatives, and technical monitors on matters of contract quality assurance and surveillance.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
