The Construction Project Manager 3 will work in a hybrid environment appropriate to ongoing activities and duties, including in the field, office, or remote. A telework agreement will be developed upon start to outline specifics.

Facilities Management's mission is to provide quality spaces that are safe and ready to support Pierce County businesses each day.

A person working in our department should be able to communicate and execute projects so that our customers are satisfied with the services and their expectations are met.

A construction project manager should also ensure that the resources and projects are managed with regard to scope, schedule, and budget.

A person in this position is working as a senior project manager capable of exercising independent decisions to advance these priorities.

Qualifications

• Additional education or experience may substitute for the recruiting requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in architecture, landscape architecture, construction management, civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, project management, business or public administration or closely related field from an accredited college or university; and,
• Five years of increasingly responsible experience directly related to the position.

Licenses or Certifications:

• A valid driver’s license is required.
