JOB PURPOSE:
Under general supervision plans, organizes and supervises administrative activities in an assigned County office. Provides coordination and support for basic case management activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Presents a professional demeanor when working with the public.
Prepares correspondence and reports as needed.
Answers phones and routes calls appropriately.
Provides database entry for all incoming materials to include reports from law enforcement, victims, and others.
Implements and maintains procedures for recording and filing administrative forms, reports, documents, and other materials.STATE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
