Full Job Description
This is an Internal Posting, only current SCDC employees will be considered.
Train, supervise, and evaluate employees and inmates engaged in warehouse and delivery operations.
Coordinate daily work schedules to optimize delivery efficiency and resource utilization.
Manage in-state pickups and deliveries, including route development and load coordination.
Maintain high work morale & promote harmonious labor relations. ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of delivery vehicles. manage operational paperwork and safeguard vehicles and tools.
Assist with inventory management and serve as a backup truck driver when needed
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.
