Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-11. Advanced degree + significant experience.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing a specialized program for the U.S.
Navy's Pacific Fleet at a shipyard in Bremerton, Washington, where you'll oversee training, monitor operations, and solve problems to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
You'll guide teams, develop instructions, and work with other Navy groups to align efforts.
It's a great fit for someone with experience in program management, especially in government or military settings, who enjoys planning, training others, and improving processes.
You will serve as a Command PDREP Program Manager for PSNS & IMF PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning and conducting studies to identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop recommendations for improvement to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations.
