The Department of Human Services is looking for a motivated person with strong clerical, organizational, and multitasking skills to provide administrative support and supervise clerical staff of the Wayne and Pike County Assistance Office (CAO).

In this position, you will supervise the clerical staff at Wayne CAO and Pike CAO.
Your work will involve assigning work to employees, reviewing their assignments, and scheduling duties based on available staff.
You will be responsible for tracking the attendance and time for employees.
Some of your duties will also include completing performance evaluations, interviewing potential candidates, and providing on-the-job training to keep staff up to date.
Additionally, you will conduct unit meetings as needed and process assistance benefits using a computer.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: This position may be eligible to telework part time. Specific details of the telework schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
