The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) is seeking driven and detailed-oriented Clerical Assistant 3s to join our dedicated Bureau of Records and Identification team.
In this vital role, you will conduct legal research and review for the processing of court documents.

In this position, you will develop a strong working knowledge of the Pennsylvania Crimes Code, Penal Code, Vehicle Code, Liquor Code, Drug and Cosmetic Act, and applicable state legislation.
You will independently evaluate information and make recommendations or decisions based on the accuracy of research data and its compliance with relevant laws.
Responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing, and processing confidential legal documents such as court-ordered expungements, limited access orders, and full or conditional pardons related to criminal history record information within the Commonwealth.
Additionally, you will handle incoming mail, answer the main phone line, and respond to voicemails as appropriate.
