The Ebensburg Center is seeking a Clerical Supervisor to oversee the Centralized Scheduling Office, transforming shifting priorities into a seamless operational reality. Requirements

In this role, you will oversee the strategic supervision and daily operations of the Centralized Scheduling Office for all residential living units within the 24/7 facility. You will be responsible for managing complex rosters for state and contracted personnel across three shifts, including weekends, holidays, and training sessions. Key duties of the position include ensuring compliance by maintaining the accuracy of master shift schedules, spreadsheets, and logs. You will also plan and assign tasks based on shifting priorities and deadlines while ensuring all work meets strict policy and procedural standards. In addition, you will train staff to ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
  • Work hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch. This position has a rotating schedule with Mondays and Tuesdays off, including every other weekend off, based on a repeating cycle of working 7 days, off 2, working 3, off 2. This may change based on operational needs.
  • Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year as a Clerical Supervisor 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • One year as a Clerical Assistant 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • Two years as a Clerical Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.

  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.


Legal Requirements:

  • A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination
  • This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
    • Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
