As a Clerical Assistant 3, you will perform a variety of advanced clerical duties that require extreme accuracy to ensure checks are coded to the correct unit.
Your keen eye for detail will be essential as you process incoming payments and enter them into data base along with processing requests for duplicate occupancy permits.
This position also processes incoming building plans and drawings to be reviewed by the Plan Review Division.
You will be tasked with receiving and distributing all mail sent to the Bureau and delivering it to the respectable division.
You will have the opportunity to assist the general public with questions concerning building plans, occupancy permits and payment submission.
You can expect to work with customers to obtain additional information and assist customers with forms, information and prices of duplication fees.
