is seeking an organized, positive individual to provide clerical support within the Customer Service Department at our facility. Requirements
As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will be providing support in the Customer Service Department performing duties to include but not limited to some of the following; communicating with customers or potential customers and researching inquiries, shortages, over shipments, pricing, status checks, etc. to aid in the resolution of customer service calls. In addition, you will be editing, reviewing, proofing and preparing all orders electronically so they can be made available to the Pennsylvania Correctional Industries plants. You will also assist in managing and maintaining customer records within SAP to keep information current and provide guidance to new employees pertaining to product knowledge, shop orders, invoices, and order entry in the Sales & Distribution/SAP System. This position will also assist the CI Sales Representatives and Sales & Marketing Manager with special projects as needed.

- Work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Free parking at this facility.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Camp Hill, PA. Telework arrangements are subject to change.

- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108 (before taxes).

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:- You must be able to perform essential job functions.

- You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
