The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a strategic and innovative technical leader to serve as the Office of Information Technology’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
As the CTO, you will have the opportunity to build and execute a cohesive enterprise technology vision that balances near-term operational realities with long-term sustainability.
You will play a pivotal role in establishing, enforcing, and continuously improving enterprise-wide policies, standards, and practices.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, two days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
This position officially reports directly to the State Executive Deputy Chief Information Officer.
This is an executive management position with C-suite-level engagement and influence over staff at Office for Information Technology.
The incumbent will be expected to exhibit the following competencies and duties:10+ years of tech leadership experience at a senior level
Hands-on experience in leading large-scale technology projects and initiatives, particularly in areas related to infrastructure design, modernization, and optimization.
Track record of developing and executing enterprise technology strategies in complex organizational environments, preferably in both legacy and modern environments.
