Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

This position is part of the Air Force Elements, U.S. Transportation Command, Transportation Command. You may qualify at the NH 03 , if you fulfill the following qualifications: A.
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Apply critical thinking in identifying, analyzing, and solving complex issues related to communications and change management .
Develop plans and techniques to fit new situations to improve overall communications and change management programs.
Contribute to or lead author of management reports or contractual documents for external distribution.
Organize work, set priorities, and determine resource requirements; determining goals and strategies to achieve them; coordinating with other organizations; monitoring progress, and evaluate outcomes.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

As a CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNCATIONS SPECIALIST at the NH-0301-3 some of your typical work assignments may include: Develop, design, and manage communication methods that effectively convey strategic information supporting organizational changes pertaining to the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) program.
Assist with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and business process reengineering to ensure effective application of functional requirements.
Facilitate cross communication enhancing functional identification, development, and deployment of required capabilities.
Develop and disseminates procedures and functional requirements that support the JTMS customer business strategy and support USTRANSCOM strategic objectives.
Research, develop and recommend implementation of specific business practices which can contribute to improved customer support and can be translated into detailed functional requirements.
