Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves monitoring casino operations and patrons at Happy Valley Casino to ensure they follow all laws, rules, and internal guidelines, protecting the fairness of gaming in Pennsylvania.
You'll observe activities, interview people, review records, and report any issues, sometimes working with law enforcement.

In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring the compliance of licensed gaming industry operations and activities as well as gaming patrons’ conduct for conformance and adherence to laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and approved internal controls.
Work involves observing, gathering, and analyzing information pertaining to gaming operations and activities through interviews, observation of operations, and reviewing reports, databases, and technology.
Within this role, you will utilize a variety of electronic and manual recording and information systems monitored or utilized by PGCB in order to conduct compliance related activities.
You will also be responsible for preparing reports and communications of findings; conducting or aiding patron initiated self-exclusions; and referring or recommending administrative, legal, or criminal actions to other bureaus or offices within the PGCB or Pennsylvania State Police (PSP).
Our team will rely on you to interact and collaborate effectively with gaming industry personnel at all levels, gaming patrons, other PGCB personnel, and law enforcement entities.
