Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

This role involves leading the management of computer-aided design and engineering software tools for the Navy's planning, design, and construction teams, ensuring these systems run smoothly across various locations.
The manager will handle budgeting, system integration, standards development, and coordination with different government groups to support engineering projects.
It's a great fit for someone with strong IT and engineering management experience who enjoys overseeing technical resources in a federal setting.
You will serve as a CADD AND ENGINEERING APPLICATIONS MANAGER in the Planning, Design, and Construction Directorate of NAVFAC OSF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector (1) Experience managing enterprise CADD/BIM or engineering design applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation) to support engineering, design, or construction programs.
(2) Experience integrating IT systems, architecture, or enterprise software/hardware solutions in support of technical or engineering programs.
(3) Experience applying IT governance, standards, or compliance requirements (e.g., configuration control, NMCI/CIO coordination, or IT policy implementation).
(4) Experience coordinating across multiple organizations (e.g., HQ, regions, CIO, engineering commands, or external agencies) to implement enterprise technical solutions or standards.
(5) Experience planning, programming, budgeting, or managing resources for IT systems, engineering applications, or technical portfolios (e.g., software licensing, BA inputs, business case support).
