Are you a friendly, positive, and customer-focused individual looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? The West Virginia Secretary of State's Business Division is seeking a dedicated Business Specialist to join our dynamic team!
In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our business community, primarily supporting the Call Center and providing expert guidance on the filing and processing of business organization applications, both online and by mail.
What You'll Do:
Serve as a front-line customer service expert in the Call Center, providing clear and friendly assistance.
Process and manage various business filings with accuracy and efficiency.
Support and assist walk-in customers with their filing needs.
Troubleshoot and support our online filing systems.
Participate in a robust cross-training initiative to expand your knowledge of all Business Division functions.
Develop a deep understanding of the WV Code relating to business organizations.
Have the opportunity to represent the office at Business Division Outreach Events.
