Full Job Description
This position is located at Dragon Lanes Bowling Center, Fort Bragg, NC. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Army NAF paysetting rules apply to this vacancy.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e.; restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role.
Possess a minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in Bowling Center Operations. Possess experience supervising more than 10 employees.
Possess a knowledge of bowling league and tournament organization, as well as general bowling center operations.

- Manages a large business activity and formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
- Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies and coordinates functions with community, and military representatives.
- As a second level supervisor reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors and conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
- Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan.
- Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.
