The Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Business Analyst 4 position to join us in the Office of Developmental Programs.
You will play a role in the implementation of various initiatives to support individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. Apply today and begin a new and rewarding career!

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of system solutions and resource allocation, as well as directing the operations of staff.
Your work will involve providing support for specific information technology (IT) projects and collaborating with colleagues on IT and procurement projects.
You will maintain open communication with business partners, internal staff, and external staff to implement program office initiatives and future procurements.
Some of your duties include providing oversight and support to the IT and contracts management teams and managing projects from inception to implementation for the program office.
Additionally, you will inform executive leadership of barriers regarding initiative implementation.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 day per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
