This job involves working as a business analyst to improve data systems for substance use and gambling programs, including testing software, troubleshooting issues, analyzing data, and helping communicate needs between users and IT teams.
You'll also assist with managing computer equipment for the department.

As a Business Analyst 2 within the Business Workflow Section, you will play an integral role with DDAP's Substance Use Disorder and Gambling data systems.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
