Full Job Description

This position is located at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

Qualifications: Work experience directly related to the duties to be performed. Demonstrated work experience must be equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower pay level.

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Possess a certificate for sanitation in food service or have the ability to obtain the certificate within three months of employment. Experience must be reflected on resume to receive credit.

Located at 1757 Bar and Grille, 920 Jim Thorpe Road, Carlisle, PA 17013. Major Duties:

  • Assists the Business Recreation Chief in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food service facilities.
  • Recommends and enforces operating procedures.
  • Assist Business Recreation Chief in the selection of employees and in training new employees to work in situations, compliance with health and safety standards, and proper use of storage of tools and equipment.
  • Completes cash reports and makes daily deposits.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
