BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years¿ relevant experience in administrative, inventory control, technical coordination, facility operations, maintenance, supply ordering, or recreational programs.

Experience with recordkeeping, documentation, scheduling, procurement support, vendor coordination, and operational planning.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of maintenance support: parts/supply tracking, service documentation, and coordination with technical staff/contractors.

Ability to analyze operational issues, track equipment/facility status, and coordinate corrective actions.

Able to interpret technical manuals and guidance to support maintenance and operational decisions. Proficient with office software, maintenance tracking systems, and standard administrative tools.

Supervisory or lead experience preferred. Experience with bowling programs, equipment maintenance, or recreational facility operations is highly desirable.

Knowledge of NAF policies and procedures preferred. Demonstrated ability to supervise, work effectively with subordinates, management, and patrons. Strong oral and written communication skills.

NON-APPROPRIATED FUND POSITION DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Bowling Center Assistant Manager BUSINESS TITLE: Bowling Program Maintenance and Supply Supervisor FLSA: Exempt JOB SERIES:1101 PAY LEVEL: NF-03 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Bowling Maintenance and Supply Supervisor reports to Bowling Program Manager.

Oversees bowling maintenance and supply operations, including planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and customer impact. Determines repair vs.

replacement actions; coordinates maintenance windows and contractor on-site support. Ensures compliance with manufacturer specifications, MCCS standards, and safety requirements.

Manages parts, consumables, tools, procurement, deliveries, parts compatibility, and inventory control to maintain par levels and reduce delays/repeat failures.

Maintains accurate records: maintenance logs, inventory logs, service reports, equipment status, tracking downtime schedules, checklists, and inspection routines.

Analyzes recurring failures and equipment trends to support lifecycle planning, equipment modernization, and capital improvement initiatives.

Oversees maintenance and inventory budgets; prepare and manage capital improvement proposals and initiatives.

Serves as primary liaison with manufacturers, vendors, and service contractors; monitor contractor performance and quality.

Prepares various reports to include the following: Daily/weekly: operational status and lane downtime summaries. Weekly: maintenance activity and open work-order report.

Monthly: inventory status (par levels, stockouts), parts usage, and procurement updates.

Monthly/quarterly: maintenance metrics (MTTR/MTBF), recurring failure analysis, and trending for lifecycle planning. Quarterly: budget vs.

actual maintenance/inventory report and capital improvement proposals. As-needed: incident reports for safety events, major equipment failures, and contractor performance issues.

SUPERVISOR AND PROGRAM SUPPORT: Directly manages daily activities of maintenance staff: assigning work, setting priorities, monitoring progress, and providing performance feedback.

Coordinates with bowling center mechanics and facility managers to resolve complex equipment issues, ensure consistent adherence to standards, and align staffing/resources with operational needs.

Works closely with center management to support uninterrupted operations, maintains facility and inventory par levels, and, in the Bowling Program Manager's absence, assumes full supervisory and operational authority, including vendor coordination.
