This job involves managing the daily operations of BabyNet, South Carolina's early intervention program for infants and toddlers with developmental delays, ensuring providers follow rules, data systems run smoothly, and reports are submitted to the federal government.

Oversees all aspects of provider relations for the BabyNet Part C Part C program, including provider enrollment and disenrollment, agreement oversight, recruitment, monitoring, and compliance.
Supervises staff to ensure providers meet program standards and regulatory requirements, conducts audits and investigations, resolves complaints, supports billing and payment processes, and serves as the primary liaison between providers, internal teams, and statewide stakeholders.
Performs fundamental supervisory and leadership functions in accordance with Department policies and procedures, best practices and Federal and State rules and regulations, especially with regard to Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) standards.
Maintains an effective organizational team and motivates diverse staff to accomplish mission critical operations and objectives.
Promotes workforce engagement and a safe, professional, and productive work environment for all employees.
Serves as the lead subject matter expert for all program-level activities related to the Part C data system.
Provides strategic oversight and technical guidance to ensure the system meets programmatic, regulatory, and user needs.
Leads the identification and analysis of system enhancement opportunities, including assessing provider requirements and areas for system upgrades.
Supports ongoing data system operations, including maintenance, enhancement planning, requirements gathering, development, and testing.
Contributes to the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training plans to support effective system use by internal staff and external providers.

Knowledge of the agency's mission, programs and objectives.
Extensive knowledge of IDEA Part C Regulations, BabyNet Policies and Procedures, BabyNet Systems of Payment, and the overall operations of the BabyNet program.
