| Job Summary: | The Senior Construction Project Manager will provide construction management services for Auraria Campus and the 3 partner institutions. This position is responsible for management of all phases (planning, design and construction) of medium to large sized and dollar value projects, including large ground up vertical construction and significant remodels funded by the State of Colorado. Projects will include Capital, Controlled and Deferred Maintenance projects of a complex nature requiring detailed planning and communication. |
| Essential Job Functions: | Project Management of Complex, Large Value-Controlled Maintenance and Capital Projects
Develop and establish the extent of scopes of work consistent with operational needs, program plans and within budget allowances. Work closely with campus constituents to develop and execute scope of work within required budget, schedule and quality standards and to support the ongoing operation and activities of the campus.

*Years of experience will be expressed in terms of full-time equivalent service with full-time workload equal to one (1) Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) year.
