Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves helping plan and estimate maintenance, repairs, and modifications for shipyard facilities at Pearl Harbor, including reviewing documents, ordering materials, inspecting sites, and preparing work reports to support production teams.
It's a hands-on support role in a naval shipyard environment, focusing on ensuring efficient resource use and timely project completion.
A good fit would be someone with practical experience in technical planning, inventory management, or maintenance support who thrives in a structured, team-oriented setting.
You will serve as a ASSISTANT PLANNER & ESTIMATOR (GENERAL) in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT (Code 900) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying.
Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.
