This role involves leading key human resources functions like recruitment, training, employee relations, and compensation for a new state agency focused on behavioral health and developmental disabilities.

It's ideal for an experienced HR professional with strong leadership skills who enjoys analyzing data and building effective teams in a public service environment.
A master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or a Juris Doctor and five (5) years of human resources experience.
Equivalent experience may be substituted for educational requirement. Strong analytical and experience using data analytics to diagnose problems and measure change.
