Why it's a great opportunity: In this role as an Asset Management Specialist 3 who brings technical excellence, curiosity, integrity, and a collaborative mindset to a mission-driven team you will support the operation, maintenance, and long-term performance of critical utility infrastructure.
You will utilize your expertise in our computerized maintenance management systems, SCADA, HachWIMS, PowerBI, Excel, and database interface tools to solve complex problems.
Your skills in retrieving and analyzing large datasets using SQL and Visual Basic (VB.NET) will be crucial for our Asset Management activities.
You’ll also get to showcase your creativity by turning datasets and analysis into compelling visuals, reports and dashboards using PowerBI and other business intelligence tools for this and other divisions within Planning and Public Works (PPW).
Your work will directly support data-driven decisions, ensuring sustainable infrastructure and development protecting public health and the environment throughout Pierce County.
