Summary

About the Position: This is a military technician position with the 200th Military Police Command, Detachment 1, 79th Military Police Company, 327th Military Police Battalion, 300th Military Police Brigade, Worthington, Minnesota.

Description of the working environment: Work is performed in an office setting. This position requires an active membership as a Soldier in the Army Reserve before a start date can be set.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).

Major Duties:

  • Perform daily administrative functions in support of the organization’s readiness program.
  • Provide guidance to personnel on changes to organizational regulations and directives.
  • Utilize various automation systems to identify financial management program deficiencies.
  • Analyze account report system to maintain inventory.
  • Coordinate training programs for personnel in accordance with organizational directives and guidance.
  • Manage the travel program for the organization.
  • Provide pay guidance to organizational personnel.
