Job Duties:
The Adult Protective Services Team Leader Supervises Adult Protective Services (APS) Case Managers in the following county or counties: Laurens and Newberry. Will assist with other counties with APS as needed.
Provide supervision and guidance to APS staff at the county level, with the use of APS Batch Reports and other pertinent data, by coordinating workloads and responsibilities to include critical staffing's and case reviews of assessments, plans, and tools in CAPSS while respecting self-determination of the vulnerable adult.
Ensure that staff meet APS goals while maintaining the well-being of vulnerable adults who are being served by the agency. Carry APS case load as needed.
