Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves investigating reports of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of vulnerable adults in South Carolina, conducting assessments, and coordinating services to keep them safe, such as home visits, legal actions, and placements.

Job Duties:
The APS Case Manager perform specialized case management in the area of Adult Protective Services (APS), Division of Adult Advocacy, in Greenville County.
Case management includes but is not limited to conducting investigations, conducting assessments and coordinating protective and preventive services for vulnerable adults.
