Requirements

In this role, you will serve as a principal architect for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 integrations, ensuring interoperability with Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems.

Work involves directing development teams and technical staff, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to best practices and enterprise development standards.

You will also have the opportunity to perform administrative and technical oversight of major initiatives, including project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and risk assessment.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Resolving high-impact application issues
  • Leading research initiatives
  • Analyzing business processes to design technology solutions
  • Providing recommendations regarding technology direction, investment decisions, and system improvement opportunities
  • Facilitating training programs

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week.

    In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.

    If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year as a Senior Applications Developer (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • Six years of information technology experience that includes four years of experience in applications development or applications maintenance; or
  • Four years of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, and an associate’s degree in any information technology field; or
  • Two years of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, and a bachelor's degree in any information technology field; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.


Other Requirements:

  • This particular position also requires four or more years of full-time professional experience working with both D365 Online and On-Premises; AND in implementing, customizing, and supporting various D365 modules.
  • This particular position also requires three or more years of full-time professional experience working with Power Platform tools.

  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
