Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

This is a National Guard Title 32 Excepted Service Position.
This position is for a GS-1101-11 AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D1528000 and is part of the MO 131st Bomb Wing. This is a bargaining unit position.
This position is also advertised on AGR Announcement #AF26-026. MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidate must currently be assigned to a military unit in the Missouri Air National Guard.
Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion).
Maximum Military Grade - MSgt (E-7) Minimum Military Grade - TSgt (E-6) GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must possess experience in administrative or clerical experience, education, or training which demonstrates your ability to perform the duties of the position; and experience using computer and automation systems.
GS-11 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS 09 grade level in the maintenance, modification and repair of various types of complex aircraft equipment and components.
Experience that demonstrates ability to review, evaluate and analyze data regarding facility capabilities and utilization, work backlog and personnel distribution.
Ability to observe and analyze production operations to determine if schedules are being followed, improved and to determine the causes of production delays.
Ability to develop short and long range plans and schedules of maintenance workloads utilizing your knowledge of the activity, staff, support operations, manpower, equipment, supplies, and materials.
