As an Aging Case Aide 1, you will provide public contact work through human services to senior citizens.
This role requires interpersonal skills, organization, and a compassionate mindset to provide quality service.
Incumbents are responsible for learning the complex procedures and policies involved in the OPTIONS program offered to Pike County seniors age 60 and Older.
You will greet consumers, offer assistance, answer questions, and take calls on behalf of the agency. This position organizes and records information using computer and paper files.
You will have the opportunity to assist consumers in community locations with tasks such as home delivered meals, relocations, delivery of supplies and documents, preparation of forms, applications, and bill payments.
