Standardize the communication process with County Sheriff’s Departments regarding the coordinated delivery of patient property to CMHHIFL upon admission or transfer.

Once obtained, this position works independently using professional clinical skills, knowledge and experience to review and summarize the information into a pre-assessment.

This position must stay abreast of other cases, be able to quickly pick up cases previously started by other Health Professionals and be able to accurately disseminate the information.
In addition, provide accurate and concise pass on notes for oncoming shift staff.
In these cases, this position is responsible for having a comprehensive overview of the patient, in order to relay important information to the team staff and other departments.
