Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-12. Expert-level knowledge in field.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to manage foreign military sales for Navy ordnance programs, coordinating with various offices and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution, timely deliveries, and proper funding.
It focuses on analyzing requirements, solving problems, and keeping everyone updated on progress.
A good fit would be someone with experience in government acquisitions or defense projects who is organized, good at teamwork, and skilled in handling complex logistics.
You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the CAD/PAD Division (E2), Acquisition Branch (E21) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV.
The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions.
This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $158,322).
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating Foreign Military Sales requirements to identify problems and recommend solutions for improvement in support of an ordnance program.
