Workdays & Hours: MONDAY – FRIDAY 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM *Subject to change


DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS.
Performs professional administrative functions related to the development and implementation of policies and procedures in the assigned department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Perform professional administrative functions related to the development and implementation of policies and procedures and maintains department reference information
•Research, analyze, and prepare accounting data for MoFR and Budget compilation and reporting
•Investigate potential problems and prepare findings with recommendations for possible solutions
• Organize inventory, cataloging, records retention and retrieval of department possessions and documents
•Assist in the coordination of department staff services, such as personnel, purchasing, storekeeping, public relations and office management
•Review and process mileage reimbursements, travel expenses and p-card charges
•Process Open Records Requests
•Perform other duties as assigned
•Knowledgeable of SAP


WORKING CONDITIONS:

There are no major sources of discomfort, i.e., essentially normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature and air conditions.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Three years of administrative experience is required. Professional administrative experience may be substituted for the above education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS None
