Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves planning and managing the ongoing support for naval weapon systems, including creating strategies to keep equipment reliable and available while controlling costs.
You'll analyze expenses, coordinate maintenance and training, and advise program managers on logistics to meet Navy goals.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialzied experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing, coordinating and managing of acquisition logistics and sustainment logistics functions; implementing a comprehensive product support strategy for the weapon system; AND conducting appropriate cost analyses to validate the product support strategy.
