Full Job Description

This is a non-civil service position located in the Davidson County Community Corrections Program. The Administrative Services Officer is the primary point of contact for the Davidson County Community Corrections office and assists with the daily operations of Community Corrections. This role coordinates with central Metro departments to perform Accounts Payable and Human Resources duties, as well as administrative duties for DCCCP.

Requirements

  • Process payroll and personnel changes
  • Maintain time and attendance records
  • Coordinate and maintain training records
  • Process payments of program expenses
  • Complete reports for various grantors
  • HR onboarding for the facility
  • Coordinate and Process travel expenses
  • Communicate with Metro vendors
  • Keep record of all credit card transactions
  • Submit work orders to General Services
  • Arrange staff meetings and take minutes
  • Maintain the office calendar
  • Oversee the lobby area
  • Write memos and correspondence
  • Answer inquiries from the public both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain supply room and place supply orders as needed
  • Maintain an inventory list of office equipment
  • Completes various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
  • Must have a valid Tennessee Drivers License
  • At least 2 years of Administrative experience

Additional Information
