For GS -05 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

The resume must demonstrate the following specialized experience: Demonstrated experience in performing a variety of administrative duties, such as managing correspondence, maintaining files, and handling records in a professional office environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience with timekeeping or payroll processing, including reviewing records for accuracy and resolving common issues.

Proficiency in using office automation software, including word processing, email, and calendar systems, to prepare documents, schedule events, and communicate effectively.

Experience with advanced administrative tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Artificial Intelligence.

Experience coordinating logistics and event planning for activities such as training, meetings, or travel arrangements.

Experience preparing purchase requests; and using a corporate or government credit card for procurement; NAVY ERP experience is a plus.

Experience preparing reports or presentations where data are used to support business decisions.

  • You will provide comprehensive administrative support for all weapons-related operations, ensuring the seamless execution of mission-critical tasks in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for the department, managing communications and directing inquiries from senior personnel, technical staff, and external agencies with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • You will be responsible for the meticulous tracking and handling of all incoming and outgoing materials, including classified documents, technical manuals, and sensitive equipment, ensuring 100% accountability and security.
  • You will prepare and manage a variety of official documents, including technical reports, official correspondence, and presentations, using specialized government and commercial software to support departmental objectives
