The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) - Bureau of Central Operations - Staff and Agency Support Division is on the lookout for an Administrative Officer 3 to complete our team!
This position is responsible for human resource functions, recruitment and outreach, and the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation's Diversity Inclusion for Vocational Excellence program.

As an Administrative Officer 3, you will oversee and ensure all day-to-day support and service for OVR staff statewide.
Work includes developing, implementing and communicating information to internal and external programs, staff, and stakeholders through presentations and communications.
You will be responsible for statewide development and implementation of the agency's diversity, recruitment, and outreach functions in the Vocational Rehabilitation system.
As human resource liaison, you can expect to plan and develop a diversity plan for OVR, analyze the effectiveness of hiring actions, and communicate any issues with Human Resources.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time upon successful completion of the training period.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to a headquarters office. Headquarters may be flexible depending on the selected candidate.
The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.
