This role is integral to the senior staff, offering comprehensive administrative, policy, and programmatic support across the agency.
The individual in this position is responsible for preparing materials that facilitate decision-making processes and providing insights into potential challenges that may arise in the future.
Acting as the primary liaison for the Executive Director's Staff (EDS), this position also extends its support to various departments, including Fiscal Management, Office Services, the Grants Center, the DEP Laboratory, Business Transformation, and the Small Business Ombudsman.
Additionally, the role encompasses the management of department-wide personnel allocations, coordination of travel arrangements, and oversight of lodging and travel credit accounts, ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled efficiently and effectively.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days a week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
